In fully functional working condition. A little banged up w scuffs and stickers on outside but functionality in tact. Comes w shoulder carrying strap that is detachable . Also includes nearly all the original foam inside , in tact , . 80%of volume of the case is packed with foam . Plenty of area to carve out for your specific needs . It seems like the original owner of this had two very small electronics that they transported in this case so the carved out spots are very small. It will probably be like brand new foam for someone with bigger items or maybe your small items will fit perfectly in this one already? either way this foam if high grade high density high-quality. It’s not like the common foam you see in boxes your electronics  bought online get shipped in from the store. This pelican blue foam is way better doesn’t budge.
