Vintage Paul Reeves for The Universal Witness Made in England 1960s Floral Tunic

This vintage tunic was made in the 1960s by Paul Reeves for his London shop The Universal Witness. The Universal Witness was on Fulham Street in the 1960s and early 1970s and was a magnet for many rock stars, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimmy Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and David Bowie. and their girlfriends. This tunic is a rare collector's item for anyone interested in rock-adjacent memorabilia and fashion and design in the Swinging Sixties. This rare Paul Reeves floral tunic features a half-circle ruffled yoke on the front and back. It has 3 buttons at the top of the back and is open below it. I think you're supposed to wear this with tights/leggings, like Twiggy often did with tunics/mini dresses. It's in excellent used condition. I see one place of wear as shown in the 8th photo. However, it isn't really visible since the dress has such a patterned print. Also, it doesn't show through, because it's on the yoke where there's another layer of fabric underneath it. There's no size tag, but it fit my size 4/6 dress form great. Please review the below measurements carefully. They were taken on the front with it buttoned up and laid flat.
