Vintage Patriotic lampwork cat bead

I can't remember the artist's name who made this cat for the fourth of July. I bought it at an arts and crafts event in Ashville,NC in the late 1990s or early 2000s. About 2 inches in length. I use to wear it on the 4th of July One of a kind. Hole goes through arms and body as shown in 3rd photo.
