The CUFFS are satin and around the collar of course is satin as well. This is almost like a free size is these are known to be worn over evening gowns go to the opera or just play the dress up so I’m gonna put it down as LARGE as that’s what I wear and it fits with a bit if room to spare and the sleeves like that. This is approximate 24 inches. The length that itself on this gorgeous beautiful piece is an approximate measurement of 36 inches and then the pit to pit line holding it closed so there is room in there as well. He had approximately 21 to 22 inches. I wear a large and this fits me beautifully with room despair. I’m listing this is a large. The details are gorgeous.
