Vintage Patchwork Ikat Pattern Bomber Jacket Infant Sized No Size / Material Tag

There is no material or size tag. This seems like an infant (maybe toddler) sized coat; please reference the photo's to determine accurate fit / sizing. Vintage Ikat design with multicolor dyed woven fabric. Zipper front closure which shows some chipped paint. Two front slit pockets. No stains or holes. There appears to be an old repair to the inside lining as shown in a close-up.
