I have loved this piece for 23 years but it's time to admit it no longer fits! supersoft cotton that drapes wonderfully with a side zipper and ribbon ties for the halter. Flat lay measurements: 13.5-inch bust 18.5-inch at the widest point 17 inches long. Says medium but I wore it when I was a small. From a pet-frirendly home.
