This is a nice pair of rain pants windbreakers by Patagonia size Small. They are made from 100% polyester with Ripstop polyester bonded to a windproof breathable and water resistant pneumatic barrier and treated with a durable water repellent finish. Solid blue color. Adjustable waist is 26" unstretched - stretches to 32". Full zippers up each side for easy on/off. Elastic cuffs at legs with button closure. They are in very good condition.
