Vintage Pat Fashions Sleeveless Blouse New with Tags

This is a vintage sleeveless top made by Pat Fashions. It has a colorful pattern front and back. It has a hang tag that says "Ask for My Match-Mate" and the original price tag with the bottom price portion removed. The bottom still has the push pin keeping it together, and I left it in for the pictures. It's marked as size 42. Approximate measurements are 28" long and 44" wide.
