Vintage Party Dress Fuchsia Pink Satin Pleated Bodice Off Shoulder Flare Skirt

Preowned, vintage party dress with pleated bodice and flared skirt, likely made in the late 70s. Made from a brilliant Fuchsia pink satin taffeta fabric, it features a micro pleated bodice and sleeves, bow detailing at the cinched waist and a flared skirt with crinoline netting underneath! Fastens with a zipper and hook/eye closure in back. Can wear sleeves off or on the shoulder (as we've shown in our photos). No size or content label, however this dress is tagged with a black IGLWU label (which indicates it was made between 1963 and 1974). Preowned/vintage with signs of prior use and wear: dress is in need of a professional dry clean and press as it was stored for many years and shows some wrinkling. We also note a few small spots to the skirt (see last photo) and some loose threads near the zipper. All in all, a great vintage party dress that just needs a little cleaning and pressing to be at it's best. No size tag, fits like a modern M. Approximate measurements, taken flat and doubled where appropriate: bust - 36in, waist - 31in, hips - 42in, shoulder to hem - 48in.
