Vintage Paris Button Jewelry Necklace & Bracelet RARE Lot

I believe these two items are from different eras. The necklace is 22” and goes over your head. The buttons are strung on a thicker thread. The metal bracelet is newer and is 6”. Someone told me this type bracelet is known as a “Paris Button Bracelet”
