This vintage Paramount’s Great America sweatshirt is a definite collector item. First, it is from the early 1990s and yet it is in excellent condition. Second, it says, “Paramount’s” in print. This Santa Clara theme park (CA) was once owned by the movie company, Paramount. However, a few years ago the city gained ownership of the park. Thrill Rides like Top Gun had their names changed to generic names. Third, Santa Clara officials have decided to permanently close the park in about 10 years.
