VVintage Paper Receipt fancy elaborate Design Elk (1893) Antique Receipt. This document is from “Hill & Drake Company, Pittsfield NH”. There is a sharp/clear illustration of an elk on it. It is in really good condition given its age. The paper has yellowed has no tears, and has some stains. There are no bad odors. The receipt was issued to Hill & Drake on February 22, 1893. Nathaniel S. Drake was the founder of the Hill & Drake Shoe Company, which commenced business on January 1, 1893, and which is now known as the Drake & Sanborn Shoe Company. I cross-list so this item may be listed somewhere else as well. Condition is subjective. I recommend that you zoom in on all photos to make your own assessment.
