Vintage USA Union Made Evening Dress - black velvet; the shoulder detail is a deep burgundy red color that looks black from afar and has silver metallic details - shoulder pads, large bow detail overlaying the shoulders - zipper down the back - just below knee length Size: women’s 9/10 (I would say it fits most similarly to a modern 8) 18.5” pit to pit 16.5” narrowest part of the waist 41” length In really great condition for its age! Just some minor imperfections to the velvet that is only noticeable up close. Made by the International Ladies Garment Worker Union ILGWU I’m not sure of the exact decade this dress is from but it is giving 1980s vibes with the power shoulder and bold bow!
