Vintage Panhandle Slim Cowboy Cut Blazer

I found this in an old western store In Nashville years ago. It sat on hold for at least a decade until I convinced the lady running the shop to sell it. I would guess it’s an Old School 46R (Definitely not a slim fit cut). Slight tear at the seam on the inner pocket.
