Vintage Painting Style Floral Drop Waist Dress Liz Claiborne pleated 80s retro

This is a vintage Liz Claiborne colorful, painted flower theme drop waist dress and pleated skirt. All of the buttons are still attached and in good shape. The dress has no rips or tears or stains. It is in like new condition. The only thing is missing is the Liz Claiborne tag with the size has been removed so I am not sure what size this is. I would imagine it’s a size small or medium.
