Vintage Painting Child On Beach in Antique Wood Frame w/Glass

This charming original painting of a little boy on the beach looking out at the ocean is likely acrylic on canvas, mounted on wood. I paired it with this very vintage, maybe antique frame of dark carved wood with gilded trim, and glass. Painting is signed, but I can't make it out. The frame is in good, vintage condition on the front, with just some worn areas, shown, a small nail hole in the gold area bottom left, and slight gapping at some corners. The back shows its age, and the two frame sections have been further secured with the screw at the bottom. Swell art for a child's room, or a ocean or beach themed bath or powder room, among other ideas.
