Vintage PELL Turtle Brooch Pin Rhinestone

Very good vintage condition with no missing stones and the clasp works as expected. Mid-Century PELL Rhinestone Turtle Brooch Locking C clasp Measures about 2" by 1 5/8" Lovely light blue stones on the back and head, silver-tone metal. I can not date this pin with certainty, it was from my mother's costume jewelry collection which dates from the 50's and 60's.
