Vintage PAILLETTE sequins MINI mermaid skirt navy black BODY by Victoria 6

This vintage BODY BY VICTORIA mini skirt hits about mid-waist on a size 6 body, making it hit mid-thigh, a little longer than a mini - however, I think (if the measurements fit) it would sit higher on the waist if you are a more like a size 8, then it hits the thighs as a "mini" would - IF, you're smaller than a 6, it would sit on your hips, and fall somewhere near your knees... Does this all make sense? I'm trying to give an accurate description of this gorgeous little skirt that never quite fit me right! It's in perfect condition, has a back sipper and metal slip closure, completely lined and the outer shell is translucent LARGE PAILLETTEs stitched on, which make a fun sound when you walk - UNLIKE SEQUINS, which are sewn down, these hang and shuffle a bit. I added a video with sound. It reads mostly navy/black but the PAILLETTEs have a hint of green as well, so it gives off a beautiful mermaid vibe. * If it fit me correctly, I"d keep it, it's a winner!
