Vintage Ornament Victorian Doll Louis Nichole

Charming ornament doll with intricate lace dress. Features delicate details and a classic design. I’m not sure if porcelain or resin. She is in a sealed box that I do not want to open. She is approximately 25-30 years old and has not come out of the box to my knowledge. She is approximately 5 inches and appears to be in very good condition.
