Vintage Original Lindenwold 10K HGE Amethyst Ring new in box

Lindenwold goldplated ring with what looks to be an amethyst stone, but I can’t say for sure. I inherited this ring from my grandfather. It is an extra large size. I bought a ring sizer and it appears to be 11 1/2. I’ve taken a picture of it on the sizer for reference. Ring is very pretty in person. The stone is a lovely lilac color and appears to be well cut with lots of facets. Size 11.5 approximately
