The crystal teddy bear is a vintage Oneida crystal figurine, produced in Korea during the 1980s.  These figurines are made of 24% lead crystal, hand-cut and blown. They often have a label on the bottom indicating "Oneida Crystal Made in Korea".  He measures 2.5 inches tall and 2 inches wide at the widest point.
