Vintage One of a Kind Made in USA Leather Chain Bucket Bag w/ Rings Grommets

This bag was purchased about 20 years ago. I have no idea of the designer or the style name. I was a huge fan of High School Musical and Ashley Tisdale and I saw her carrying this bag and went on the hunt to buy it and I FOUND IT (and never wore it of course). I remember paying about $300 for it. The leather is VERY soft and it's a suede I believe. Lined in black. Made in the USA. Gold grommets and rings throughout. It's a bucket bag style with a cinched top. The top is cinched by 2 strings with tassels / fringe at the ends. Intertwined leather and gold hardware shoulder strap (can be worn crossbody) reminiscent of the Chanel chain. PLEASE NOTE: the grommets have oxidized or something and left green residue throughout the bag. I never wore it but it is "damaged" from the oxidation. Otherwise great!
