A beautiful vintage Dutch Ware pewter silver-plated hexagonal vase, produced by E. & J. Bass Co. of New York City
Crafted Dutch-style embossed pewter vase featuring intricate raised designs on all sides. The panels depict a charming windmill scene, floral scrollwork, and a traditional figure in period dress. The hexagonal base and flared rim are richly textured with ornate patterns, showing superb attention to detail. The aged patina adds depth and character, highlighting the relief work. Marked on the base with a windmill emblem, suggesting Dutch or Dutch-inspired origin. Compact yet striking, this piece works beautifully as a decorative accent or collectible display item.
Material: A heavier metal, possibly pewter
Age: These vases typically date back to the period between 1900-1940.
Markings: The base is usually marked "Dutch-Ware E. & J.B." encircling a windmill logo.
Does need to be cleaned up a little bit especially the top. I added pictures with the flash and without.
