The size is 12R but is vintage sizing, so definitely runs smaller - I would guesstimate this would fit a modern size small, maybe a medium, but please review measurements and compare to something you own to check fit. Keep in mind there is some stretch to this piece (5% spandex) and measurements were taken unstretched, while hanging on a hanger.
