Vintage ORNATE Wood/Brass/Metal Genghis Khan Gurkha Box Witches Chest 🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛

Incredible well-crafted large wooden chest w/metal (tin?) & brass accents. Intricate design! SEE PIX FOR CONDITION. What follows below is provided solely as a courtesy Scuff/rub on one side (lighter spot in the stain) Line in one of the metal pieces on top Screw missing from the hinges; doesn’t seem to affect operation Scuff/Rub along the front bottom area; similar to side, lighter section missing stain Few other areas w/wear. An older vintage piece, so expect wear including signs of scattered old moisture white discoloration (no odor!). Wear adds to its charm! Genghis Khan Gurkha created gorgeous wooden Boxes, Caskets & Boxes. Their signature on inside of lid. Quite ornate 👀👀👀 🧙🧙‍♀️🧙🧙‍♀️🧙 The interesting part … INSIDE! We haven’t handled this much. We are BIG babies & don’t take chances w/anything witchy, black/white magic, paranormal, supernatural, etc. Life is hard enough, we’re not inviting anything in that we’re not 100% sure of 😉 Inside, from what we SEE, is the following. To us, this seems to be either a witch box, or memory box. We are leaning towards Witch Box, (probably calling it the wrong thing) WHY? Where it came from. Storage unit of… you guessed it! Self-proclaimed “witch”. We loved the it & had no idea what was inside. -Card in thicker envelope (we didn’t look) -Lock of hair in baggie -Sand (?) in baggie -Paper bag w/something inside (feels like maybe dried flowers?) -2 packs Guinea Pepper Herbs (unopened) AS IS, AS FOUND.
