Vintage Nurses Uniform White Lilly Dress M Long Sleeve Front Side Snaps Medical

Fantastic vintage White Lilly nurse's uniform from mid century. Size Medium. White dress has full snaps up on the left side with a pocket on the right chest and larger pocket on the left hip. Long sleeves with flip up cuffs, a-line skirt and Peter Pan collar. Gorgeous Halloween costume or just for a nurse to wear to work. Size Medium Bust: 41" Waist: 30" Hips: 41" Length: 45" All in very, very good condition we found a tiny dot of ink on the skirt left front.
