Skirt is fully lined. According to Google Translate, the visible portion of the interior side tag states the lining is 100% rayon. I cannot state with certainty what the outer skirt is made from, however, it feels like a stretch cotton denim. Accentuated tailored darts at waist, princess seaming front and back.
