Vintage Noveltex Lucite Cube Washington Dc Capitol‎ Building Glitter Stars 1996

This is a souvenir piece from 1996. It is well taken care of all of these years. I see no chips or cracks or damage of any kind. There is a slight chip in the letter G in Washington, pictured. The liquid inside is not yellowed in any way. The stars and liquid both move freely and easily. A nice piece. 2'' height and 2'' diameter. USA made. Sold as is.
