Vintage Norton Studio sz s Women's Red, White, and Blue Sweater

This is in really good condition. I believe it’s from the 80s as it had shoulder pads but they’ve been removed. It looks like a great sweater to wear on Dr. Seuss stays with the striped sleeves.
