Vintage Norton Studio black and white striped button down sweater

Sweater is previously owned, vintage, and shows minimal/expected signs of wear, eg the care tag is missing. Size tag is also missing. So my guess is the sweater is a cotton blend knit. No stains or snags. Pit to pit is 21"
