One button missing on back of top at the neck however when wearing it like a cowl neck you will not notice the button gone. Besides the button missing it looks to be in fantastic condition. The buttons that are there a couple have some of the fabric rubbing off the button. Has a beautifully timeless houndstooth pattern through blouse. Wear it to the office or any business casual events! Has shoulder pads but could easily be removed if wanting.
