This is a vintage No. 29 Corner Punch Tool. It creates a rectangle chad when punching. A great piece of history! Made in the USA. This tool is in good working condition and would be a great addition to any collection. This appears to be a McMIETH manufactured tool. It features approximately 5/64" x 3/16" Rectangular Chad. It also has a personalized etched initial WS II on the side.
