Vintage Newport News MIDI Dress 3/4 Sleeve 1970s Flower Power

Adorable vintage Newport News spring deep midi dress size 8. Sort of an off white color with shades of blue and teal flowers. V neck with light ruffling l. 3/4 sleeve with ruffle at edge as well. At stitching outlines breast area and two stitch lines at the waist down the back give a little shape to the dress and you. Skirt flares out slightly. Very flattering and sweet. Newport News is discontinued and this is 1970s style but could be 1970s to 1990s. It’s in great vintage condition. I have zoomed in on some spots I’m not sure if they are just shadows from wrinkles but honestly not noticeable. The dress looks like it. Pike have came off the rack recently. No size or material tag and I am not a pro at measuring but I’m a ten and it’s a bit small on me. I did my best and bust measures about 17 flat so fines by two and waist is between 14 and 15.
