She was also a prominent American jewelry designer. Rosenstein's jewelry became popular in the 1920s and 1930s, characterized by bold designs and the use of high-quality materials. She was known for her use of semi-precious stones and intricate metalwork, often incorporating motifs inspired by nature. Her pieces were worn by celebrities and featured in high-fashion magazines, establishing her as a key figure in American jewelry design. Nettie Rosenstein's work is still celebrated today, with her pieces sought after by collectors and vintage jewelry enthusiasts. She continued to design jewelry until her death in 1980.
