This is a fun and chill black and white striped cotton dress with cuffed short sleeves by Leslie Fay Neiman- Marcus. The large buttons and extra deep functional pockets just add to the fun. The estimated date is about 50s-70s, based on the neiman tag font style as well as the black union label "made in USA" tag attached. This dress is in excellent condition.
