Vintage Neiman Marcus Jay Strongwater Mini Picture Frame with Jeweled Turtle and Cordovan Colored Enameled Frame. This very unique 2" Ht. frame has a darling turtle at the bottom with 2 rhinestone jewels on its back. The frame is enamel and bronze colored metal. The artist name, Jay Strongwater, is on the back. There is a metal stand or clip on the back for display. A plastic photo cover pops out to put a picture behind. The opening for a photo is 3/4" W x 1 1/8" Ht.
