Vintage Navy and White Striped Dress

Vintage navy blue and white striped button up dress. Perfect for picnics and days out. Fabric has no stretch. Note that as a vintage item, this is more likely to have minor wear and tear than a modern piece, but there are no obvious holes or stains Also note that I hemmed this at home, so the hem is machine sewn and does NOT have a raw edge, but it is not professionally done.
