This is a piece of Naval history. The Naval Data Automation Command was established in January 1977 and was headquartered at the Washington Navy Yard until 1990 when it became NCTC (Naval Computer and Telecommunications Command) in 1990 and moved to Nebraska Avenue in Washington, D.C. I was the original owner of the plaque. It’s from a smoke free environment. Don’t hesitate to make an offer. The plaque is 9 1/2” wide by 12” tall.
