Vintage Navy & White Striped Skirt

Vintage navy & white striped skirt. No brand or size tag. Hook and zipper closure in back. A few areas in the back that have been mended with black and white thread (see last photo). Selling as is. Not sure of type of fabric, but the skirt is lined underneath. Read measurements before purchasing. Measurements (laid flat): Waist: 13” Length: 25.5”
