Vintage! Navy Sparkle Dress by Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit Designs

This dress is so easy but looks spectacular! There's no material tag, but it is stretchy. The cut however seems to be made to fit loosely except the arms. Somehow it drapes in all the right places with plenty of movement for the dance floor! My Mom is an 8 & it fits her perfectly, but I'm a 6 & it fits me perfectly also!
