Wonderfully tailored, detailed, well made dress. Vintage (80s to 90s), excellent condition! The dress is made by "UTY Apparel" and could have been from military to airline uniform? The size is not labeled, so specific measurements are given: Shoulder to shoulder 17.25" (shoulder pads) Armpit to Armpit across front 21" Length taken from back center, at collar, down to hemline (split in center) 43.5" long. Waist, taken across the front, layed flat, between 1st and 2nd row of buttons is 18". All hardware in silver/pewter with flag embossed There are tailored pleats throughout, open pleats on side front, 2 front pockets at waist, 1 pocket, left side top.
