This Vintage Evan Picone Navy Blue Wool Blazer, size 8, is perfect for upcycling. Decked with gold buttons, and a double breasted notched lapel, it adds a timeless, chic touch to any outfit. Two on the back of the collar, one on the back of the bottom, center about 3" from the hem.
