Vintage 1980s Dark Blue Twirl Off Shoulder Dress with a Velvet Top. Heavily Embellished / Jeweled Accents with a Large Satin Bow on the back. There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size xsmall or possibly a Juniors size 2XL. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit. Great vintage condition with just a spot on the bottom front. See pics. The zipper works fine, the dress is just too small for my mannequin.
