Vintage Navy Blue Quilt Lined Carhartt Vest

Just bought this and was excited about it but unfortunately it's a little bit big on me. I am usually a medium and this has more room around the waist then I needed. See measurements in the picture. No tags, but from further research I've done these measurements look like a size Large.
