Vintage Navy Blue Button Up Blazer Maxi Dress by Jessica Howard I bought this dress from a thrift store 10+ years ago for a high school play (I believe it was vintage or close to it even back then!) and it has still held up amazingly well! Its in pristine condition! Dark navy blue, sturdy material that feels kind of velvety (70% rayon, 30% polyester) Short sleeve Blazer/button up dress Has a collar Marbled purple and black functional buttons all the way down the middle of the dress, as well as one nonfunctional (has a loop above it that goes around it, but the pocket is fake) button on the left side of the chest on a fake pocket Two fake pockets at the waist with the loops above them, but no buttons below it (I dont know if theres supposed to be buttons, but there werent any when I got the dress. You could always add your own if you want!) Has shoulder pads (you can cut them out if you want) Long, maxi length (depending on how tall you are), but I think it would also be cute if you wanted to get it tailored to be shorter!
