Vintage Nautical Ship Painting in Gold Frame

Beautiful tall ship print by artist "Bulger". The frame is painted antique gold with a black velvet accent. From my research, this print dates to 1966. The paper on the back is aged and has some cracking, see photo please. The frame is 18.25" tall by 9.5" wide.
