Vintage Napier Seal Jumping Through Hoop Pave Ball Gold Tone Brooch Pin

Vintage Napier matte gold tone brooch featuring a seal jumping through a hoop while balancing a ball. The ball and the hoop are accented pave style with clear rhinestones. It measures approximately 2" long and 1 3/8" wide. It has a rollover clasp on the back. It is signed on the back and on the pin. Circa 1990s. It is in excellent vintage condition.
