Vintage Napier Pearl Crystal Brooch Adjustable Spin Hidden Surprise Rhinestone Vintage Designer Jewelry This amazing, and very hard to find, brooch by Napier is decorated with lovely turquoise and crystal rhinestones, and finished in textured, gold tones. What's amazing about this piece is it spins & adjusts. You can have all the turquoise showing, some of the turquoise showing, or none of the turquoise showing.  It is truly a unique, and creative, piece. Measurements ~ approximately 1 3/8". 1950s Hallmarks ~ signed "Napier ©" as seen in pictures. Condition ~Pre-loved: vintage/antique.  Missing some turquoise/rhinestone as shown that can be replaced or wear as is.
