Vintage Nancy Bracoloni for Shangri La 80s Prom Dress

Vintage Nancy Bracoloni Shangri La 80s black and white prom dress. Tag says 5/6 but would fit a small. Best for someone with a small waist and larger bust and shoulders. Shoulder elastic does not stretch much anymore so fits loosely if small up top. If you have some sewing skills you could replace the elastic I'm sure! Faint spot on white part that I tried to photograph but is very hard to see. Length: 41" Armpit-Armpit: 16.5" Shoulder-Neck Drop: 6.5" Waist: 13.5" Skirt Length: 26"
