Vintage Galls police or security nylon jacket. Faux fur trim collar, quilted lining. New with tags/new old stock. There is a bag with buttons to attach at the collars so you can choose between black or gold. One of the tabs has lost it's temporary stitch that holds it down until the button is attached.
